These terms constitute a binding distance contract between the online store operated by SIA “Klīnikas Ieraksti”, Reg. No. 40203557494, legal address: Staiceles iela 9-2, Rīga, LV-1035, Latvia (hereinafter – “Seller”), and the customer – a natural or legal person placing an order online (hereinafter – “Buyer”).
1.1. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms full awareness and agreement with these terms and conditions.

1.1.2. The agreement applies to remote (online) purchases of goods or services, which indicate the price, delivery procedure, and payment method.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms at any time. Amendments come into force upon publication on the online store and apply to orders placed thereafter.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to restrict or cancel orders if fraudulent or unlawful actions are detected, including inaccurate data, misuse of the system, or intentional harm to the Seller.
1.4. The Seller is not liable for any losses arising from unforeseen circumstances not covered by these terms.
1.5. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of order fulfillment (incl. delivery, payment, communication). Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy, available on Privacy Policy.
2.1. Orders are placed via the website by completing the order form and making full payment.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right not to deliver goods if they are no longer available, if the data provided is inaccurate, or if payment has not been fully received.
2.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and for any losses incurred due to incorrect information.
2.4. An order is deemed concluded once payment has been made and an email confirmation has been received.
2.5. Payment methods: The Buyer may pay using payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other electronic payment options listed in the online store.
3.1. All prices on the online store are listed in euros (EUR). Prices do not include VAT as the Seller is not a registered VAT payer under Latvian law.
3.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay the full indicated price for the ordered goods at the time of ordering, using one of the available payment methods.
3.3. The order is considered confirmed after successful receipt of payment and the dispatch of an email confirmation to the Buyer.
4.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within Latvia or another EU member state using a logistics partner chosen by the Seller (e.g., courier or parcel locker services). Available delivery methods and costs are indicated during the ordering process and may vary by country and method.
4.2. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the selected address, country, logistics provider workload, and external factors (e.g., holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures). The Seller is not liable for delivery delays due to causes beyond their control, including actions or inactions of logistics partners.
4.3. If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer’s fault (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, the Buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, or access is restricted), the Seller may not refund the delivery costs.
4.4. Average delivery time is 2–7 business days in Latvia and 5–14 business days in other EU countries unless otherwise specified.
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Regulation No. 255.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written withdrawal notice in free form to the email address: mgmt@klinikasieraksti.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
5.3. The item must be returned undamaged, clean, unused, in its original packaging with all original labels and documentation.

5.5. Items that are damaged, used, or altered due to the Buyer's actions (including improper care, ironing, washing, etc.) will not be accepted for return and are not subject to withdrawal rights.
5.6. Returns are not accepted for hygiene products, opened packages, customized products, or services already initiated at the customer’s request.
5.7. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except where a defective or incorrect item was delivered. In case of damage, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller and provide photographic evidence.
5.8. The Seller reserves the right to withhold partial compensation or deny a refund if the returned goods do not comply with these terms.
5.9. The money for the returned product will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction.
6.1. The Seller does not provide additional (commercial) warranties unless explicitly stated in the product description.
6.2. The Seller is responsible for ensuring the product complies with the distance contract in accordance with Latvian law. The consumer has the right to submit a claim within two years from the date of delivery for a defect that existed at the time of delivery.
6.3. Liability does not apply if the defect is due to:
- improper use or care (including washing, ironing, mechanical impact, etc.);
- natural wear and tear;
- external factors not related to manufacturing defects.
6.4. Complaints regarding non-compliance at the time of delivery must be submitted within 2 months of discovery, including the order number and visual evidence.
6.5. The Seller is not liable for damage caused to the product due to the Buyer's fault.
7.1. The Seller and the Buyer shall attempt to resolve all disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 15 days, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
7.2. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and shall remain valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
7.3. The terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
7.4. The Seller reserves the right to limit or terminate services to the Buyer in cases of malicious orders, refusal of deliveries, or other violations.
